How Earning and Calculation Works
Cashback is calculated on net losses from real-money wagers across the eligible categories within the weekly cycle. Roles and rates vary by your loyalty tier, and the dashboard will show your current rate after opt-in:
Base level: 5% cashback on eligible net losses.
Silver tier: 7% cashback.
Gold tier: 9% cashback.
Platinum tier: 12% cashback.
What counts as eligible and what doesn’t:
Eligible bets: real-money wagers on Casino, Slots, and Sports sections.
Non-counting items: bets funded by bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits are excluded from the net-loss calculation.
Voided or refunded bets do not count toward net losses.
Example: Over a given week you incur €150 in net losses on real-money wagers. If your rate is 5%, your cashback for the week would be €7.50. The cashback is credited to your Rooster Bet cashback balance within 48 hours after the weekly calculation.
Claiming, Withdrawals and Responsible Play
Cashback is issued automatically after the weekly tally. You can use the credited amount to place further bets or withdraw it, subject to standard withdrawal rules.
Withdrawal processing time: up to 72 hours after cashback is credited.
Maximum cashback withdrawal per cycle: aligned with overall withdrawal limits in your account.
Terms: Cashback rewards are subject to the general bonus terms. Cashback and other promotions cannot be stacked in ways that violate those terms; activity deemed abusive may result in removal of cashback eligibility.
